You may request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days of receiving your goods. New, lightly used, defective items and items with a product quality issue are eligible. Returns for a change of preference are also accepted.
How to request a return
Email [email protected] with your order number, the item and your reason for returning it. Contact support before mailing your item. Support will provide the return mailing address and instructions. Returns are sent to the United States; contact support for the specific mailing address.
Return shipping
You pay return shipping for a change-of-preference return. APPLGUIO pays return shipping when the return concerns a defective item or a product quality issue. Describe the issue when you contact support. Apart from the return postage responsibility stated above, we do not charge additional return fees.
Refund timing and destination
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received. Refunds go to the original payment method.
Exchanges
Contact support for the mailing address, then return your item. A replacement will be arranged after the returned item is received.
Order changes and cancellation
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact support promptly with your order number. A request does not itself confirm that your order has been changed or cancelled. Address changes follow the Shipping policy.
